1. Who we are

Super Dope is a cannabis brand site for adults 21 and over. Content is for marketing, education, and commerce related to Super Dope products, merch, events, and stockist information. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and cannabis products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Age & eligibility

By continuing, you represent that you meet those requirements. We may refuse or terminate access if we believe you do not.

3. Accounts & Cannaverse

Sign-in on this site is powered by Cannaverse (cannaverse.io)—a third-party identity and community platform. When you authenticate, you also agree to applicable Cannaverse terms and policies. We receive session and profile data needed to run member features (for example collection, Cannabits balance, and product catalog access). Social features such as public profiles, friends, messaging, batch reviews, and profile upgrades are primarily provided on cannaverse.io.

4. Merch, products & third parties

• Apparel and merch checkout is fulfilled through Shopify and Shopify’s payment partners. Their terms and policies apply to payment and order fulfillment.
• Member product catalog items may be priced in Cannabits and subject to availability, authentication, and platform rules.
• Stockist / retailer listings are informational. We do not control third-party dispensaries; verify local law and retailer policies before purchase.
• Maps, geocoding, and “near me” tools may use third-party mapping services.

5. Product authenticity

Super Dope may offer authentication flows (for example scratch codes or QR) that associate verified product with your Cannaverse identity and collection. Tampering, fraud, resale of codes, or reverse-engineering authentication systems is prohibited. Authentication does not guarantee future rewards, availability, or resale value of any digital collectible or NFT-backed record.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site if under the legal age or in a jurisdiction where viewing cannabis marketing is unlawful
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the site or related APIs
• Impersonate others, harvest personal data, or abuse contact forms

• Location (optional): approximate location if you use “near me” stockist tools or submit an address/ZIP for mapping
