How do I become a VIP member?
Join the waitlist by entering your email above. When a spot opens up (members who don't meet the monthly purchase requirement are removed), we'll notify you via email with instructions to activate your membership.
Is there a membership fee?
No monthly fee. VIP membership is free - you just need to purchase from at least one drop per month to maintain your status. The savings from VIP pricing usually exceed what you'd pay for a subscription anyway.
What happens if I miss a month?
You have a 30-day grace period. If you don't make a purchase within that window, your spot goes to someone on the waitlist. Once you lose your spot, you'll need to rejoin the waitlist.
Can I gift my VIP access to someone?
VIP memberships are non-transferable. Each membership is tied to a specific email and account. If you want a friend to join, they'll need to get on the waitlist.
How fast do VIP drops sell out?
It varies, but most popular items sell out within 24-48 hours of VIP access opening. Some ultra-limited pieces sell out in under an hour. We recommend turning on notifications.

VIP members must purchase from at least 1 drop per month to maintain their membership status. Miss a month? No worries—you have a 30-day grace period. After that, your spot goes to someone on the waitlist.
First Come, First Served
Even with early access, popular items go fast. VIP members get a 48-hour window before public release, but quantities are still limited. Set your notifications and don't sleep on drops.
Exclusive Community
VIP membership is capped at 500 members to keep the community tight and drops exclusive. Once we hit capacity, the only way in is through the waitlist when a spot opens up.
